Consultancy work for various clients (CaixaBank, ISDIN) where I was involved in the design process from the initial discovery interviews to defining user stories. I gained experience designing and leading workshops, building both qualitative and quantitative usability tests and estimating research work plans for large scale projects. Always "learning by doing" and finding new ways to ensure the user is in the centre of the conversation.

As part of the Event Coordination team of TEDxUppsalaUniversity, I was part of the main planning committee dedicated to bring the event to life. The responsibilities included managing the booking of the theatre, managing sponsorships and organizing activities and entertainment for the guests. In addition, I assisted the marketing department with creation and distribution of promotional material.

In this event, I coordinated the festival's yearly ticket sales. I had the responsibility of 50+ volunteers that worked during the pre-sale and main sale of the festival week in 4 different locations across the city.
