I am always open for new opportunities.A little bit more about me:I am a service designer and design strategist with a passion for strategy development and collaboration methodologies. I love workshops and working together with others, hear me out.In the last 8 years of my career I specialised in facilitating teams to collaborate to reach results faster and more effectively and I had the opportunity to test different methods to carefully built and optimised my winning toolkit. I had the opportunity to try a lot of methods, like the Design Sprint and Design Thinking. I also build, facilitated and analysed hundreds of Workshops with different teams, live and remote. I've seen it happen over and over: teams have the pressure to be innovative and improve continuously, but they lack clear goals as the project scope changes repeatedly. They also lack the alignment with business goals. This leads to a lot of insecurity and project cycles that run too long, causing teams to loose momentum, enthusiasm and focus.
