Responsibilities include receiving and documenting incoming telephone calls, voicemails, chats, faxes or emails from investigative sites or other sources reporting Lifecycle Safety Data.Additional responsibilities include:• Translation of content where necessary.▪ Translates and documents incoming data from telephone calls, voicemails or emails received as enquiries and reports of Adverse Events and Product Complaints.▪ Performs call back to customers, with a Specialist, to support translation from required language to English or English to required language, when necessary.• Receiving and documenting incoming calls, voicemails, chats, faxes, and emails from external customers such as patients and/or healthcare providers and responding to their enquiries about products. Summarizing these reports based on information identified as vital to the project.• Triage, identify and transfer out of scope inquiries to local point of contact, as provided by the client.• Disseminate clear, accurate information to healthcare professionals and patients based on the approved call scripts and/or other approved resources related to the use of client products.• Creating Adverse Event and Product Quality Complaint (PQCs) reports requiring concise data entry covering everything from patient symptoms, admission, and results – this may include medical terminology, writing narratives, generating case queries.• Clarify, confirm, and capture adverse event and product quality information as required for reporting.Reviews of calls, voicemails and emails received by Medical information agents and their correct documentation and handling in Medical information database. ▪ Reports and processes deviations in the Event Driven Analysis System (EDA). ▪ Reviews deviations for quality oversight. ▪ Trains and certifies new Quality Control reviewers
