- Oversees recruiting practices and strategies for Business and Sales Development, as well as Inbound, Outbound, and Digital Sales within B2B space- Maintains strong and productive relationships with upwards of 20 stakeholders (inclusive of hiring managers, associate directors, and directors over BDR, SDR, Inbound, Outbound, and Digital B2B Sales) while leading 2-5 recruiters during active hiring- Manages top of funnel requisition pipelines to identify strong B2B Sales talent profiles via ATS and other recruiting platforms- Hosts intake and post-mortem meetings to effectively manage expectations with hiring managers to recalibrate, educate, and prep on recruiting practices, SOPs, and interim hiring strategies- SME for newly introduced programs including Prelude and Avature; Responsible for troubleshooting team issues, communicating with Prelude and Avature teams to solve, and reporting progress to team- Active member of the Community and Engagement Talent Lane assisting with TA-Wide Coffee Chat scheduling for over 60 members of the organization- Works closely with cross-functional partners within Tech, Talent Management, Business/Sales Development and Inbound/Outbound/Digital verticals of B2B Sales including Program Managers, Sourcing and Strategy partners, and Trainers

- Builds strong and productive relationships with peers and stakeholders; manages a team of 2-5 flex recruiters and 20 stakeholders during peak hiring efforts- Maintains accuracy with ATS/recruiting tools and effectively leverage tools to deliver results- Leverages data and pipeline/funnel reports to diagnose recruiting challenges and guide search strategy- Identifies strong B2B Sales talent profiles via ATS and other recruiting platforms- Effectively manages expectations with hiring managers while educating them on the recruiting lifecycle- Builds, executes, and iterates on innovative recruiting strategies for Wayfair’s open roles- Provides a superior candidate experience; clearly defines position requirements and recruiting processes from strategy kick-off through successful new hire onboarding- Utilizes Visier to provide regular reporting and updates to management and stakeholders
