Talent & Organization Development Manager, Global Talent Management Team
Current• Managing Ecolab’s global talent planning process, learning & capabilities, metrics and reporting for Assessment of Potential, Succession Planning, Talent Councils and Differentiated Development for top talent.• Collaborating in commercial talent pipeline initiatives for increased capacity and growth, including design and activation of career path resources as well as assessment, planning, and development of Corporate Accounts talent pipeline.• Managing global and regional assessment processes used in hiring decisions and development plans, including vendor management and contracts, ongoing assessment validation, implementation of new assessments and technology, and resolution of high impact issues. Manage development and delivery of training for onboarding new assessment users and ongoing assessment skill building.• Managed the Performance Planning and Development annual process used by +42K employeesand the Talent Assessment Annual Process used by +15K employees, including determination of process steps, utilization of Workday, content of performance and talent planning tools, as well as driving annual deployment plan across all regions.• Managed programs and events focused on the development of high-potential talent, including confirming eligibility criteria, annual nomination process of flagship leadership programs focused on developing high potential talent, identifying eligible talent in collaboration with the functions and sales divisions, and in partnership with all HR and Talent partners across the globe.
