Special Project Manager
-Manage and direct the school facilities and visuals, ensuring a safe and visually inspiring environment in this Title 1 school. -Direct and reorganize transportation systems, collaborating with NYC Bus Companies, Families, School staff to ensure students have access and information needed. -Effectively coordinated and managed schoolwide student assessments, test administration and logistics, and data collection for the school with high attention to detail. Held all staff accountable to protocols and ensure compliance with NYS testing procedures through presentations and trainings.-Lead and manage invoices, finance, and overall budget- ensuring correct furniture for the school and field trips for over 300 students confirmed.
