Sofia Santoro is a fourth-year studying General Communications with a minor in Fashion Merchandising. She served as the Director of Social Media for Alpha Phi, as well as the VP of Marketing where she created various Instagram story highlights and feed posts in order to demonstrate her sorority values. She also served on the executive council for the National Panhellenic Council as the VP of Community Outreach where she oversaw and coordinated various service events, as well as maintained relationships with the alumni and greater Long Beach community. She also served as the VP of Recruitment for the National Panhellenic Council, where she oversees the recruitment activities of all eight Panhellenic sororities, including managing a large budget to best accommodate to the needs of the community. She worked at Isabelle's Cabinet as a store manager creating work schedules, assisting with all associate needs, maintaining a clean and welcoming shopping environment, while preparing and selling new inventory. Through these current experiences, she hopes to work in a corporate fashion setting or in brand marketing. Currently, she serves as the Alpha Phi Chapter President at California State University of Long Beach where she oversees an executive board of nine women and runs meetings, coordinates all chapter and housing affairs, and serves as a delegate for Alpha Phi to all external sources. Concurrently, she is Interning at Ross Stores, Inc. as an intern assistant buyer where she assists in running reports, analyzing data, and budget management.
