I am passionate about applying web development and craftsmanship to solve real-world problems and create innovative solutions.I have a background in Footwear Design and Repair, having worked as a Lead Designer / Cobbler at West Coast Resoles, a Footwear Designer at Centenário Shoes and LASTSOLE, and a Production Manager at Sydney Brown LLC. In these roles, I developed skills in trend and material research, design development, technical specification sheets, project management, CAD drawings, stock control, and social media. I also won the Cordwainers Prize for Sustainability for my design for disassembly project at London College of Fashion, where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Cordwainers Footwear Design.I am currently transitioning to tech from a previous career in footwear, and I am eager to learn new technologies, frameworks, and languages. I am digging deeper into Computer Science principles, learning Python, and developing my own projects. I am looking for opportunities to collaborate with other developers, designers, and makers, and to contribute to projects that align with my values and goals.
