Responsible for everything from strategic planning and business development to operations and customer service. Implemented marketing and communication strategies, maintained the website and social media, as well as planned and executed events.

Daily operation of a 600 sqm showroom, with personnel responsibility for multiple employees. Coordination of administrative tasks such as shift and vacation planning. Event coordination, sales and proactive sales, cold calling, as well as project coordination. Responsible for maintaining team well-being to achieve the best results, as well as accountable for sales results.

I am responsible for the beverages at Jørgensens Hotel, including the making of the winelist (as a sommelier). I furthermore am in charge of daily planning and making sure bookings and staff run smoothly.
