As the only Purchasing Assistant in the Purchasing Department, I was handling the following:- Creating & entering our styles/seasons in our ERP system.- Placing the orders and follow up from start to end of the production.- Daily communication with our Merchandise Team in China & Weekly meeting.- Packing Instructions- Price negotiation / product adjustments to fit target prices- Calculate different prices for our sales-team. - Price quotations from forwarders- Claims- Upcharges
