The main tasks as an Order Handler is to handle cancellations, credits and changes to existing orders. The work also involves daily contacts with both customers and suppliers through telephone and email.

In the after sales department, we received complaints, handle delivery delays, invoice issues and other problems that may arise in e-commerce.
