Within my short working experience I have already received a lot of expierence and knowledge within the quality aspects of a pharmaceutical company, as well within quality control as within quality assurance. Since I find it very satisfying to know that I can contribute to a better world and that I help in providing medicine that is qualitative/under control (due through analysis, due to the many control checks, validation processes, process capabilities ...) and that these current manufacturing processes will even be optimalized and innovated within the following years to come, I would like to develop even more knowledge within this quality sector. I find it also very important to have an overall picture of the situation/process, to have contact with different (internal and external) departments and to have a good balance between administrative and practical work. Therefore I prefer a job within the validation or quality assurance department of a pharmaceutical company. Furthermore, in the near future I would also like to further develop myself in people skills. I have experience with organizing training sessions and discussions with operators in finding root causes, but I would like to broaden this experience.
