Organized and managed the Research Exchanges on a national level, selecting around 110 outgoing students, leading and training 22 Local Officers, carefully selecting and overseeing more than 45 research projects and 60 medical internships, assigning over 100 incomings, overseeing social programs, and representing Belgium in global meetings.Important Achievements:• Implementation of regular training sessions for 23 Local Officers, greatly improving basic knowledge and overall professionalism of the exchanges program.• Creation of outgoing booklet, for improved sharing of information for interested students.• Standardization and publication of the outgoing selection process, allowing for increased transparency and fairness.• Creation of the first succession manual (of over 60 pages), facilitating handover at the end of the term and preventing loss of important information and procedures.• Standardization of the housing contract, protecting both tenants and owners.• Template creation of city guide for incomings, including full design of layout.• Creation of first standardized training session for incoming students, consisting of detailed manual and PowerPoint, with focus on research skills.
