The unit I managed were responsible for integration of Ericsson IPTV Solution. Functional and non-functional tests were included in the responsibility as well as process development.The solution consisted of own developed and partner developed products.The role included people management, coaching and development of my employees, recruitment, continuously feedback, change management for process development.
