9 years experience in the Fashion industry as a Model, of which I have grown my own company in the field, worked through up to 7 agencies at the same time across the world, worked and lived in various countries such as the UK, US, France, Italy, Denmark and Spain and gained experience in fashion, communication, stress management and business management. I have a BSc in Psychology, which I worked towards along side my work and volunteering. This led my way into the mental health sector where gained 4 years+ of experience with focus on individuals with suicidal ideations, through my role at The Maytree Respite Centre. I have now started to merge fashion and mental health through my new business 'The Mind of Fashion'. A business offering mental health and wellbeing support for models and agencies, through workshops, one-to-ones, mentoring and parent consultations. I mainly collaborate with agencies, to help them provide a safe and welcoming platforms for models to work while prioritising their mental wellbeing.Please see my published articles to get a further idea of my work.
