Passionate about understanding behavior and how we can change the way humans act and think.I joined Novo Holdings in April 2023 as a Consultant in their People & Organsiation team. I participate in rolling out strategic people-related projects such as transforming the people strategy into concrete talent initiatives and implementing people agenda activities in the organization. Prior to joining Novo Holdings, I held a position as a Consultant in the Human Capital team at Deloitte, where I specialized in humanizing organizational transformations in the areas of change management, culture transformations, and behavioral change. I have graduated from Cand. Merc. Strategic Market Creation taught at Copenhagen Business School. A master's degree that has given me an innovative mindset, and taught me the role that marketing and branding play in the creation of new business opportunities. I have been equipped with the competencies to think creatively and innovatively when it comes to a company’s business model, new market opportunities, and the development of new products/services. My bachelor Ha. (kom.) has taught me to work strategically with corporate communication, and to create a strong connection between a business’ vision and its way of communicating. I would characterize myself as an outgoing, conscientious, proactive, and creative person. Due to my work experience and education, I have become a powerful communicator and relationship builder. I aim to work in an ambitious environment that values initiative, creativity, and teamwork, and promotes continuous learning on the job.
