I am working as operational scientist in the mammalian department at AGC Biologics in Copenhagen, a global CDMO as provide development and manufacturing services for advanced therapies and protein-based biologics. Here mammalian cells are used to create biological drugs with a manufacturing for both pre-clinical, clinical, and commercial programs. Until now my time at ACG Biologics have given me knowledge about production of medicine. I have provided or improved competences inside GMP, GDocP, working with cells, collaboration, communication, structure, and planning. I enjoy working in a scientific environment. Even though the process of projects are the same, various things can happens in the making, this gives the opportunity to think and react from it. I like taken responsibility and sharing my thoughts with colleagues, making an action that create the best results. Studied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at University of Southern Denmark in the Translational Biology section in the BA group, interested in RNA Splicing and Disease.I find genetics very interesting and how investigation in genetics can give the answers to unsolved human diseases. In my bachelor I worked with a focus on pseudoexons and how it is possible to modulated the inclusion of these with splice shifting oligonucleotides and thereby change the normal pre-mRNA splicing. During my master I worked with investigation of mutations in the RMB10 gene and how these mutations are affecting were affecting the splicing and downstream pathways.
