Coaching athletes on the danish "Talentcenter Nordjylland " as part of a two-man team. This team is placed just below the National Team and our job was to prepare the athletes for possible Nordic- and International Championships, which they use to qualify for the National Team.

Headspace is a government-supported volunteer organisation that offers free and anonymous counselling to young people between the ages of 12 and 25. As a youth counsellor at headspace Aalborg I was part of an interdisciplinary team of 4 people, who alongside the manager, were responsible for the everyday life in headspace and the around 40 volunteers who worked there.My job entailed:- Counselling session with youngsters in the age 12-25 (+200 counselling hours). - Management and motivation of the volunteers- Volunteer feedback and recruitment- Coordination of conversations, volunteers, shifts, and the daily whereabouts of the house- External representation (meetings with NGO’s and other organizations, and representation at educational institutions, etc.)

4player is a consulting service who specialises in consulting athletes in educational and career choices as well as mental well-being. As a student helper my primary area of responsibility was a project called Nordjysk Elitesport that 4player runs. It’s an advisory service for elite athletes who studies at Aalborg University or UCN. My job entailed: - Advising and facilitating contact between the athletes and the educational institutions - SoMe responsible- helping on selected 4player mental well-being areas- Administrative tasks
