Responsible for the marketing strategy, including forming and execution of the company's activities in the Nordic region (DK, SE, NO, FI) across 20 webshops within beauty and health with a monthly 7 figure marketing budget. Management of a team of full-time e-business managers from all the Nordic countries.Responsibilities and duties included:- Managing, coaching and developing a heterogeneous team - Monitoring and maintaining an effective workflow and structure- Responsible for conducting team and individual performance appraisals

Responsible for the e-commerce strategy, including forming and execution of the company's Danish activities across several online businesses within beauty and health with a 8 figure revenue.Responsibilities and duties included mangement of:- All marketing activities of 6 Danish webshops- Digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, PR, SoMe, affiliation- Offline advertising campaigns including TV and radio commercials- Conducting customer behavior as well as cost–benefit analyses
