As part of the Inter IKEA Supply portfolio team, I contributed to the development and implementation of standardized processes, methods, and tools for portfolio management within IKEA Supply, including the development of learning solutions and trainings for stakeholders. The role involved ensuring balanced and strategically aligned plans and key initiatives, as well as monitoring the realization of goals and strategies.

As a dedicated member of the business navigation/controlling team, I played a key role in business steering within a cross-functional organization, developing and maintaining business solutions for the range and supply business. My responsibilities encompassed managing the budget process, overseeing cost follow-up, conducting analysis, and reporting on business development initiatives. Additionally, I contributed to the creation, quality review and monitoring of business cases.In my later years, I served as a Portfolio Lead, where I successfully consolidated and managed the digital portfolio for range and supply business. I provided crucial analysis, reports, insights, and decision materials to the management team. My role also involved enhancing financial processes and working routines, including conducting training sessions to upskill stakeholders in financial processes. Overall, my contributions have consistently aligned with optimizing business performance and fostering continuous improvement.

In this role, I played a pivotal role in managing one of Capgemini's prominent client accounts within the outsourcing domain. My responsibilities encompassed comprehensive budget preparations, forecasting, and precise tracking of expenditures, coupled with monthly analyses of revenue and costs. I maintained control over Work in Progress (WIP) and Billed in Advance (BIA) components and ensured the accountability of Account Receivables. Additionally, I provided essential support to the Delivery organization through regular reporting and conducted ad hoc analyses to enhance operational efficiency.My journey with Capgemini commenced in November 2011, coinciding with the outsourcing of Application Management by IKEA IT to Capgemini. After a break due to maternity leave, I transitioned into my new assignment upon returning to work in October 2012.

As the key controller for the business unit, developing and maintaining IT solutions for the Retail business, I diligently managed the budget and forecast processes, conducted cost analyses, and oversaw the tracking and reporting of costs and key performance indicators. My role extended to optimizing processes and refining work routines to enhance overall efficiency. Over the last three years, I assumed a pivotal role as a consolidating and leading controller within the business process area. My responsibilities included directing and steering all controlling activities and overseeing the unit's comprehensive cost reporting. Additionally, I proudly served as a member of the unit management team.

As the business controller for the business unit, my responsibilities included keeping together the budget and forecast processes for the unit, conducting performance and cost analysis, monitoring project progress, and crafting reports and decision material to the management team. Additionally, I contributed as a member of the Unit Management Team.
