As HR Manager for Kry Sweden I was overall responsible for leading our people & culture agenda in Sweden. I was leading a team of 16 people and reported directly to our Group CHRO. My assignment was to put strategies in place to make sure that Kry Sweden was the best place to work for healthcare professionals across Sweden to enable Kry to reach its ambitious growth targets. The work we did during my time was highly valued within the group, and large parts of the Swedish People-strategies was copied to other parts of the group.

In addition to my role as People Business Partner I was also responsible for all aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions, being the HR point of contact for Corporate Development and the M&A integration team. In my role as People Business Partner I provided strategic guidance to the management teams and managers across a wide range of people-related matters spanning the full employee life-cycle. In my day-to-day, I was coaching 60+ managers crossing over 4 European markets with everything from resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances to help identify needs and train and coach managers in e.g. performance evaluation, feedback, succession planning and change management in order to increase productivity and retention. I was also driving strategic HR projects relating to employee engagement, company culture and learning & development with the purpose of making sure that we’re aligning our People team roadmap and initiatives with the business strategy and priorities.
