During my 8 years as a Finance and Logistics Manager and later the COO of Soulland has grown into an internationally renowned fashion brand. Then I joined the enchanting adventure of CARCEL, a womenswear clothing company employing incarcerated women in Thailand and Peru, offering them new skills and a livable income. As the COO I have set up a subsidiary in Thailand, streamlined the supply chain and refocused the company towards the digital age. My import company is marketing and distributing Mexican sodas in Denmark and Sweden. The company has seen steep and stable growth during the seven years of operations.
