- Personnel and Payroll administration- Answering questions about salaries, administration and Social Law- Advising and supporting managers: evaluations, sickness, planning, etc.- Recruitment and selection of retail assistents: drafting and publishing job postings, screening, organizing job days, etc.- Translation of documents for all Belgian stores

- Responsible for the payroll process and administration of different groups (drivers and non-drivers, PC121/140.03/142.03 and 142.04) and daughter companies + temporary workers- SPOC for all personnel related questions for blue collar workers in Flanders. - Follow-up of temporary/economic unemployment, pension, training, etc.- Training dispatchers and fellow colleagues in the HRIS- SAP OM: organizational structure- Together with the IT department, we were always looking to improve the HRIS and reporting possibilities.
