I am a geologist/palaeontologist, specialized in terrestrial and marine palynology, biostratigraphy, stratigraphy, palaeoecology and ecosystem analysis, and with >25 years of experience within academia and industry. Primarily focused on Late Palaeozoic to Mesozoic strata, but also to some extent on the Palaeogene to Neogene. Particularly interested in deep time climate changes and mass extinction events.
