Sep 2017 – Dec 2017: Project manager for implementation of Visual Studio within the BI team. Providing the team and stakeholders with a more structured backlog, scrum boards and time registration. May 2017 – April 2018: Project manager for the Reporting track of AX2012 implementation in Americas. Managing a team of 2 US based and 3 DK based consultants. Ensuring that the reporting needs are covered after the implementation of AX2012. (Primarily QlikView reports). Dec 2016 – January 2018: Project manager for the Reporting track of AX2012 implementation in Pandora manufacturing in Bangkok and Chaing Mai. Managing a team of 8 Thai colleagues, and 2 Danish consultants. Building QlikView and AX12 reports.

April 2015 I was appointed project manager for "powering the project culture" for the DK part of MAN Diesel & Turbo. Linking the competences of my team and my project management skills with a project team consisting of members from all parts of the company, is one of the most exciting projects I have ever been involved in. November 2014 the responsibility of Master data in SAP R/3 was added to my team. We are now 5 people working with a mix of guidelines, master data and internal education in project tools, project management and governance, and project management of projects regarding internal business processes.March 2013: As section manager for a team of 3 people, I was lucky enough to work with optimization of business processes and implementation of a project culture in finance. The great projects of the team has included optimization of the process for indirect purchasing, implementation of SAP standard travel management, implementation of SAP BI, establishing a project governance model and education and coaching of internal project managers.

It started with a SAP BI project needing a project manager. I accepted the challenge, and changed job from focusing on controlling to project management. This resulted in interesting projects like merging Metalock into MAN; changing the salary system to KMD module in SAP R/3.

I started as a controller for sales, with focus on project controlling. Then in September 2008 I got a position as production controller, with focus on production and stock. In 2009 I was offered a 50% position as project manager of a project regarding building a new BI system. Due to cost cuts this project was shut down in 2010. In June 2010 I started as coordinator of a SAP emigration project.

I was hired as responsible for receivables, and that developed into being team leader of the team and involved in working capital projects. When a colleague went on maternity leave, I took over her position as accounting controller, with responsibility for asset management, controlling of the balance sheet and assisting in audits.(The workplace was in Malmö in Sweden)

I started as an administration student, but never made it past the account department, where they could use my skills for organizing and optimizing. After end education I was employed as an all-around accounting assistant.This is where I first found my interest in process optimisation. As coordinator for the implementation of an invoice registration system to Navision I experienced the motivation of getting systems and people to work more efficient together.
