Liaison & relationship building with key accounts across US, UK and Scandinavia. Yearly attendance of MIPCOM/MIPTV and LA Screenings.

• Overseeing the complete deal process with regards to drafting approval requests and deal memos, reviewing contracts, creating amendments, ensuring delivery of materials and that TX deadlines are kept• Extensive database work and maintenance of systems in broadcasting software BSS • Liaison with a wide range of internal departments, including international teams in Europe• Maintaining excellent relationships with international and British studios and distributors • Liaison with Accounts department regarding reconciliation of invoices• Diary management for industry market events such as Mipcom and Mip TV • Assessing departmental needs and reviewing work processes and initiating revised work procedures• Facilitating the smooth running of the team and responsible for administrative support

• Developing detailed transmission schedules with broadcast software IBMS• Creating programming elements and content• Liaising closely with internal departments, ensuring that tight timelines are kept• Maximising viewing figures by placing promos and advertising at optimal times• Working closely with Compliance in ensuring adherence to Ofcom regulations and guidelines• Prompt handling of all issues that arise, including during out of hours in an on-call capacity
