The specific responsibilities of the Corporate Secretary Officer shall include the following;•Information update to IDX net (website Jakarta Stock exchange) related to company activities and market development.•Typing and amending documents including correspondence in Indonesia and English (external correspondence to JSX, Bapepam, KSEI, PRPM etc.) and internal correspondence related to conducted RUPST, Public Expose and Annual Report.•Organize meetings, telephone conference for the investor.•Making budget (RUPST, Public Expose, Annual Report, financial statement advertisement etc.)•Responsible for a variety of correspondence, reports and slide presentations. •Making Annual Report draft.•Making Report for weekly and monthly comparative share price.
