Digital Marketing Specialist
CurrentIn-house Digital Marketing Specialist with focus on email marketing, advertising, content creation and events for a B2B2B SME offering IT solutions within a niche area of ERP. My main area of responsibility is customer retention and attraction through self-developed content to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.Worktasks include:• Email marketing: Responsible for the communication to our +650 existing customer accounts and email automations to different segments. I'm responsible for everything from idea generation to developing, setting up and sending emails to the right segments. Emails include e.g. sales emails on courses and add-on products, which in 2022 had a turnover of over 1 million DKK.• Content creation: Planning and producing content for online channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube and website - text, images and video.) In addition, I plan, develop and execute an annual cycle for the various channels, targeting 4 audiences (customers, prospect customers, partners and prospect partners)• LinkedIn advertising: Responsible for advertising on LinkedIn with in-house production of the ads - both graphics, text and download material.• Event planning: Responsible for our customer events, which includes planning and organizing 2 annual customer days in Denmark and Sweden with +120 participants, and an online version of the same event for +100 live webinar participants. In addition, I have also been responsible for starting and facilitating ERFA groups (knowledge sharing groups) for our different customers. Currently, we have 4 ERFA groups in 2 countries, each held twice a year.• SEO: Optimizing the visibility of our website on search engines by writing and optimizing existing blogpost, link building, creating content, analyzing/fixing technical SEO issues etc.Other projects include development of a new website in collaboration with an agency, where the goal was to create a more up-to-date, professional site that drives more inbound leads.
