After holding varying positions on my high school's track and field team to being a current team member at 7 Leaves, I have been able to grow an asset of skills such as having excellent communication skills, creating a welcoming atmosphere to teammates and customers, and establishing positive relationships through communication and interpersonal skills. I have served as a Varsity Team Captain, Publicity Manager, and Event Coordinator for my high school's track and field team. While being on a team of 250 athletes, I had learned how to be a role model and a team player, while also learning how to be an effective leader. As a drink maker and cashier, I have learned how to build rapport with customers through demonstrating consistent professional and friendly customer service. Throughout all 7 Leaves locations is Gandhi's famous quote, "be the change you wish to see in the world", and through the message that this conveys, it has allowed me to embody this motto and demonstrate continued acts of kindness towards my peers and customers.
