Their daily activities involve:- Preparing export documentation.- Archiving export documentation.- Welcoming and accompanying customs during physical checks of shipments.- Archiving inbound documentation.I have also had the opportunity to be involved in the activities of the Traffic Office, in welcoming drivers who are signing in to load or unload shipments, checking in these drivers in our warehouse management system, assigning docks to the trucks, cooperate with the loaders, and booking in purchase orders and inbound shipments into the system.Furthermore I am also involved in the testing and implementing of a new archiving system within DHL and I have been teaching new collegues.As a side activity, I am part of the DHL Let Me Smile team, and am responsible for organising events such as a summer party of christmas lunch.
