Creating copy that converts about topics such as real estate, human resources, or taxes isn't always easy and yet we managed to bring in thousands of new customers through nothing but direct mailing and email marketing.Aside from providing copy, I oversaw the campaigns as our editorial, design, and logistics department each did their part to make sure that every piece of marketing was sent out on time.

For the project Today in History I performed research concerning Belgian and international events (1830-2011) in various domains of interest(politics, science, sports, lifestyle, entertainment, culture, economy, justice and 'faits divers'). Based on that research, I put together dossiers on each of these events, a task which included a lot of writing and accuracy. I also frequently translated texts from French into Dutch.

I investigated the official support channels for the organization of readings by authors in Flanders:- making an inventory of the existing support channels;- doing qualitative research concerning the satisfaction with these support possibilities among relevant parties- formulating recommendations for the optimization of the support for readings by authors in Flanders.
