Implementation of monitoring system for congested areas and anchoring this into the emergency management office as well as management staff on ground.

Working with ensuring quality, development of new initiatives and implementation of them.

Developing a department in Roskilde Festival that focus on gathering knowledge about incidents and near misses to ensure that knowledge is gathered and documented as well as the proper adjustments are made for future festivals.

Working as Dansk Live's representative in a work group with the Danish National Police, tasked with the challenge of developing a national framework for Crowd Management plans.The finished guidance document was published in 2015 for all organizers to use.

Updating and developing the Crowd management plan for Roskilde Festival. Includes risk assessment, emergency management and procedures for handling risks in collaboration with teams in the whole organisation.
