I work in a sector where many colleagues have overcome addiction, mental illness or homelessness and I emphasise safeguarding the wellbeing of employees with lived experience. Employees in recovery are the guiding lights, inspiring recovery in others. I belong to the LGBTQIA+/neurodivergent community. Consequently I support all minority groups and aim to create inclusive, psychologically safe workplaces.
