As part of my studies at Vlerick Business School in International Management and Strategy, I am doing an In-Company Project as a consultant at FairFruit. For this project, I am analysing and benchmarking the processes and cost structures of their two operational units (Guatemala and Peru), using Activity-Based Costing. As a result, I want to deliver strategic recommendations to decrease their costs.

Together with 4 other students Educational Sciences at KU Leuven, I researched the new concept 'Learner Marketing'. In collaboration with CrossKnowledge, we developed a booklet which can be used as a guideline to implement Learner Marketing in an organisational culture and we organised an international Webinar with additional information to our findings. This Webinar was an amazing opportunity to enhance my presentation skills.
