Successfully presented suggestion for replacement system after three months. Successfully started the integration and handling of the related business areas 'service' and 'field service' in the project regarding both global stakeholder cooperation and technical user requirement specifications and thereby causing the project volume to evolve substantially. The project handled the integration of an electronic signature in a standard system.Documented and rewarded results: Exeeded expectations regarding project development, integrating regulatory requirements, utilizing quality data for analysis, responding to customer/user needs, breakthrough thinking for growth, balance risk taking for innovation, charting the course, critical thinking, going from strategy to action and leading in a global environment. Participated in several internal improvement/Lean methodological (Danaher Business System) courses during my employment, incl. Problem Solving Proces (DIVE). Participated in global medical device regulation courses, incl. ISO 13485, MDR and QSReg. Project managed and documented in the Boost! project format. Organization revenue 3,8 billion DKK. Radiometer develops, manufactures and markets solutions for blood sampling, blood gas analysis, transcutaneous monitoring, immunoassay testing and related IT management systems.I enjoyed great management and cooperating in a fast-growing global, multicultural and English-speaking environment. I resigned due to postponement of the development of my project and need for professional challenges.

I especially focused on topics related to public health, children and youth health, violence against children, cross-sectional collaboration, urban planning, polution and environmental issues. During my politically active years from 2007-2013 i trained my rhetorical skills, both written and verbal, intensively, and built personal and work resilience in political environments. I enjoyed my time as part time politician at City Hall very much and it gave me countless opportunities to engage in different matters of high societal importance, and I continuously developed a vast interest in many topics related to the functions and wellbeing of the Copenhagen community.
