• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

• Launch of HP Canada.• Provide day-to-day supervision and management of HP Canada team (experts and agents).• Production management, ensure the service level and queue service.• Ensure team results and targets, motivate and develop skills.• Delivering quality and production action plan.• Schedule and coordinate team activities.• Reporting (Scorecards, balanced scorecards, quality/production analysis).• Prepare and share operational results with the client weekly and monthly.• Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions.• Establishment of effective action plans relating to well-defined situations.• Administer and manage payroll in accordance with company policy and procedures.• Responsible for understanding and complying with all company and team policies and procedures.

• Responsible for supporting, coaching, developing and supervising Technical Support representatives. • Detecting training needs thru reports and analysis. • Coaching and training support professionals in technical skills, customer service, and applicable processes. • Providing guidance to support Professional in problem solving.

1st and 2nd level technical support (via phone and email) for HP France.• Responsible for providing problem resolution for all incoming service inquiries. Answering inquiries, solving problems, and performing all phases of troubleshooting including interpretation, analysis, research, and resolution of technical problems in a courteous and professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service.
