HSE supervisor at "ENTP" (national company of drilling and work over) filial of "SONTRACH" group (ONSHORE).Tasks:- Identify and evaluate HSE risks associated to the projects- Define and implement HSE risk mitigation actions- Ensure the implementation of environmental management plan for the projects- Ensure HSE procedures, norms and best practices are implemented in all phases of the projects- Ensure HSE requirements set on bridging documents with contractors are followed and implemented- Conduct audits and inspections to drilling and services contractors- Monitor contractor compliance with standards and requirements- Develop & implement emergency response plans required for the projects- Coordinate emergency drill- Coordinate incident reporting and investigations- Implement preventive observations program- Monitor the implementation of preventive and corrective actions- Hold HSE meetings as required- Prepare HSE reports and statistics- Supervise HSE personnel at site
