Financial Reporting and Control Environment: Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of cost-effective financial controls to promote data integrity (financial, operational, legal, regulatory) etc. Implement and maintain a framework of procedures for managing financial risks (cashflow, fraud and loss prevention, asset control) based on corporate guidelines and standard operating procedure (SOP).Financial Planning & Analysis – Budgeting and Forecasting Manage annual budgets, build dynamic financial planning (short and long-range) and prepare rolling forecasts of revenue and expenses, capital and cash flows in high levels of uncertainty and turbulence;Financial strategy Implement smart business intelligence tools and analytics (Power BI) to support more accurate investment evaluations and faster identification of emerging risks and opportunities; Agreeing the financial framework with sponsoring organisations and planning delivery against the defined strategic and operational criteria.Financial Processes Responsible for the review and proper execution of all contracts with financial implications including supplier relationships and external partnerships; Contribute expert technical advice and interpretation to strike a balance between public and organisational interests (Central Bank, Ministry of Finance, Public Administration) and take account of relevant legislation.
