Caroline Benelux is an independent record label, which is part of Universal Music Group. During my internship I had a supportive function withing the Data & Streaming department. Here the focus was on (digitally) releasing new music of both national and international artists and generating data of these releases to track their performances.

Founded on 15 years work as an artist, music teacher and assistant- tax-adviser for artists, LaLaLa delivers a strong business and creative network, knowledge and experience, behind a clear vision set case-by-case with each artist. Arjo graduated on Electric Guitar from the Conservatory Rotterdam. Music and music creators are what it’s all about for Mrs LaLaLa. She is currently working with one of Europe's finest pop/rock bands, the critically acclaimed De Staat, helps frontman Torre Florim develop his multi-aspect career and is working on the comeback of the multitalented Pete Philly.LaLaLa Management is the home for artists like De Staat, Pete Philly, Delic, Alex Rea and music bizz companies WeHaveMerch.net and Silent Voice Records.During my internship my focus is mostly on the comeback of Pete Philly.

John Music is an extracurricular programme of the studies Communicatie-IEMES of Fontys Hogescholen in Tilburg. It functioned as a service company, consisting of motivated students who wanted to contribute wherever they could in the music industry. Helping low-key bands and artists with setting up websites, marketing strategies, branding and everything else necessary to take the next step.

This extracurricular programme of the Communicatie-IEMES studies at Fontys Hogescholen in Tilburg is, as the name suggests, an international music exchange between parties in Germany, France, Scotland, Italy and The Netherlands. It is created with the purpose of exchanging music as a part of culture and giving (local) bands/artists the opportunity to play abroad.

Maasbree

Het Mafcentrum in Maasbree is een sociaal-cultureel centrum, het richt zich op zowel jong als oud. Naast de diverse doelgroepen, willen ze ook graag een divers programma van activiteiten aanbieden. Evenementen als concerten, muziekavonden, feesten, en thema-avonden vinden plaats in de weekenden, op de vrijdag- en zaterdagavond. Door de week worden er toneellessen gegeven aan kinderen die niet naar school kunnen; jongeren worden opgeleid tot Diskjockey; voorlichtingen worden over actuele problemen, drugs, alcohol etc.; en de repetitieruimte ‘De Oefening’ is meerdere keren per dag ingehuurd door lokale bandjes en muziekgroepen.De fundering van het Mafcentrum bestaat uit alleen maar vrijwilligers. Cloudhead Bookings is een boekings en management bureau in Rotterdam dat een breed scala aan artiesten aanbiedt. Cloudhead houd zich bezig met de carrière van artiesten, denk hierbij hoofdzakelijk aan het verzorgen van boekingen, het uitbrengen van platen maar ook is Cloudhead nauw betrokken bij de programmering op festivals als Eendracht Festival, A Festival Downtown en het opzetten van Junkyard Festival.Inmiddels is Cloudhead verantwoordelijk / betrokken geweest bij releases en tour boekingen van De Likt, The Afterveins, De Skaggerz , Joe Madman & The Sidewalkers, Spasmodique , Iguana Death Cult, The Lumes en de dichtbundel van Hausmagger.
