It might be my Swedish IKEA genes, but I simply love order, smooth efficiency, a “get it done” attitude and checking off a successful delivery!I have spent 23+ years in the Oil & Gas Industry, doing everything from Engineering, Design to Project Management. Early on in my career I implemented 3D designs between departments, saving BIG BUCKS on visualizing incompatibilities between different department’s designs before they hit manufacturing. Through the years I have worked on a whole range of projects and with many amazing people. In my current role as Project Manager, I am in an even greater position to find and implement time saving and delivery enhancing processes. Decreasing delivery time up to 60% on a some of our products felt great!I am always interested in learning, getting to know processes, people & connections. I volunteer as a translator, in women’s organisations and youth organisations. I find societies as well as workplaces work best when we lift and build the person next to us.
