• Responsible for keeping key operational support tools updated, used across Europe by the Operations management and store staff.• Support Operations to improve the sales and service performance of the store staff. • Administer Shurgard’s internal operational process library in four languages. • Chair the quarterly change committee meetings and coordinate any actions to be undertaken by any department in providing the content of the process descriptions.• Assist in keeping the Operations part of Shurgard’s intranet up to date and develop new functionalities to assist the store staff and Operations.• Administer Shurgard’s sales process tool.• Responsible for distributing master reporting to Operations management.• Producing and maintaining various reportings at store, district and market level.• Administer the content and user management of Shurgard’s e-learning training tool for the Operations Managers and store staff.
