- Communicating with clients to address existing difficulties, providing expert advice and effective problem-solving solutions;- Ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer problems and complaints;- Communicating and cooperating with other state entities in order to provide a better performance;- Providing legal advice to other departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations; - Drafting and reviewing different kinds of documents and agreements;- Preparing claims to the court and representing Company's interests in civil disputes;- Solving diverse legal issues.

- Representing the Company in the BNI (Business Networking International) meetings; • Conducting meetings with potential partners both national and international;- Participating in sales as well as managing own clients;- Solving organizational problems;- Comunicating with partners and other subcontractors;- Performing personnel management functions, including attracting, interviewing and hiring employees; - Providing legal consultations;

- Preparation of documents, incl. various types of contracts, their amendments and agreements, power of attorneys;- Employment matters, migration and relocation affairs;

- Search for the most suitable offers based on the needs of the client; • Preparing all information and documents about an offer;- Contacting clients and offer them to prolong their contracts;- Contacting potential clients offering them insurance.
