Local beer production - Skopsko , Gorsko, Smooth, Lasko, Amstel, Skopsko Radler and Skopsko Dark. • Production plan is prepared according standard operation planning procedure (S&OP) • Responsible for Cross border planning - Purchasing and Controlling inventory of Finished Goods for Heineken, Strongbow and Apple bandit.• Close Cooperation and Coordination with Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance and Logistic• Full-time commitment for helping new team members • Identifying potential business opportunities & risks in the company • Key user representative for SAP/ERP & APO planning in part of Finished Good and IBP optimization tool.Participate in various projects:• Launching new products in the portfolio (local/ import/export)• Participate in innovation projects for Finished goods• Supporting events : Super CUP 2018, Beer fest• Be part of implementation in SAP/ IBP Inventory Optimization tool - 2019• Taking part in Beer operations projects

• Facilitator of weekly planning meeting and effective implementation of production plan.• Defining production volume & plan for brewery per day according available empties, work force, daily sales forecast, packaging & brewery capacity, warehouse capacity, inventory.Key performance indicators on a weekly & monthly basis :Production Accuracy ,Planning accuracy, Controlling Semi Finished Good, Order Cycle Day, Out of Stock .
