- Supported the project manager in day-to-day activities including project progress reportsdrafting, PM toolkit development and maintenance, team and stakeholder management andproject budget tracking.- Ensured alignment of all project parties by generating project interim and quarterly reports,maintaining risk, decision and meeting logs, drafting meeting minutes and action points,coordinating project Steering Committees, etc.- Contributed to planning the project implementation by identifying project activities anddefining deadlines, drafting project timelines and assigning tasks to internal PwC teams, as wellas to external subcontractors.- Supported the billing and contracting processes by developing offer presentations, draftingcontracts for clients, subcontractors and partners, taking part in contract negotiations andcoordinating with the finance departments.- Prepared studies, reports, performance and ex-ante assessments of program and strategicdocuments covering a vide range of topics including energy, agriculture, private equity,innovation, sustainability, etc.- Contributed to implementation of public policy and reform support projects for the EuropeanUnion’s Institutions (European Commission, European Investment Bank) and public sectorstakeholders (ministries, agencies, state owned enterprises).
