I have a Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics, within Accounting. My goal now is the be able to combine my new competences from the education with my leadership qualities and my experience within purchasing, planning and process development. As Business Partner within Operations at Flügger I have the possibility to accomplish this goal.I have more than 15 years of experience working with leadership in different roles and areas. I have excellent skills within production, purchasing, planning and process management. I have also competence and experience as a mangers of driving changes, being part of setting and implementing new organizations and to active take part of redundancy processes. As a manager I am used to have budget and performance accountability. I also have extensive competence within process and business development.I get motivated when I learn new things and when I have the possibility to develop businesses to reach its goals. I am good at creating engagement among colleagues so that we together can achieve better results. Working towards and reaching goals inspires me. I am structured, I have good ability to see connections and I learn quickly. In my role as a leader I involve the employees, value open discussions and I have the capacity to be direct and clear.
