I worked cross-functionally in all areas of store operations in order to deliver a superior customer experience and exceed sales plans. My duties ranged from back-end operations to merchandising product on the floor. I processed transfer requests, maintained accurate inventory, handled client repairs/cleanings, answered phones, and provided assistance in sales when necessary.

For the Fall 2015 issue, I wrote on trend articles that highlighted men’s and women’s fashion of the season and detailed pieces on current events of the local fashion industry. I also attended local fashion events such as FashioNXT's Premier Fashion Show and reflected on my experiences and impressions. In addition I conducted high profile interviews of fashion designers, creatives and other industry design resources.

OUii District is a brand new, online and print fashion publication that is based out of Portland. As the resident music blogger, I curate playlists that are inspired by artists, creatives and other industry professionals. In addition, I attend music festivals and concerts and provide reviews and suggestions.

As Production Assistant, I worked on multiple events with Jillian and the team. Such as: Summer Style In The Pearl, DoveAdore for DoveLewis, Widmer Brothers Big Chill. In addition, I worked on several Red Bull events such as: Red Bull Flugtag, Red Bull Pedal Plummet and more. My duties included pre-production planning, vendor research, day-of assisting in fashion show line ups, dressing of models and overall being Jillian's right hand. Also assisted in producing a photo shoot for rapper, KONCEPT.

Worked seasonally in the kid's wear and kid's shoes department and Nordstrom Cafe. During my time there, I learned essential customer service skills, built and maintained long lasting customer relationships, and displayed exceptional product knowledge. By combing all of these skills, I was able to assist my customers in making purchasing decisions that they were very happy and excited about. Throughout my entire career at Nordstrom, I was successful in meeting and exceeding my sales goals.
