Assignment for Detailed design of EHMR project , Belanak Conoco Phillips.

Lead Engineer and Designers for Brown field / Total EP ,for SisiNubi SP039, Peciko 7C Pre-Project, New RRP-GTSAA Detail Design Engineering Project, Tunu Phase 2- 13C Pre-project, and Peciko 7C Detailed Design Engineering are located in East Kalimantan. Responsible for Pre-Study Project and Detailed Design Project, Preparing CTR , Reviewing In-strument Deliverable List, Reviewing the Instrument Document submission, Preparing Weekly reportEnsure safety standards and requirements are observed and bring policy matters to at-tention of superiors.Lead optimum design analysis and quality evaluation of detailed design leading to the completion of detailed drawings, manuals, design report and specification for optimum fabrication by performing the following activities:-a) rightful claims for changes in works, involving addition and deletion of Prepare and execute the contracting strategy, technical evaluation and propose recommendation of various types of design contracts, and liaise with other departments on the overall im-plementation.b) Review design requirement and schedule. Define contract scope of work for various activities e.g. facilities design, procurement of long lead equipment, services, fabrica-tion, hook-up and commissioning. Determine competent and qualified bidder for tendering exercise.c) Coordinate, supervise, review, recommend and provide feedback on issues between Company’s internal department, contractor and vendors to meet overall project objec-tive on cost, quality, schedule and safety.d) Develop project cost estimate. Prepare and review specific project budget for approval and recommend scope and actual work requirement.

FEED for Nippon Project and Shell Malampaya Project. Responsible for Provide technical expertise to Project Teams during various phases of project execution, i.e. during conceptual, detailed design, Factory Acceptance Test, troubleshooting at site during fabrication and hook-up & commissioning; and to Production Units, i.e. operational audit, management safety audit, major maintenance turnaround, specialised troubleshooting, major replacement work and major plant upgrading.Review of engineering & design deliverables and philosophies to ensure compliance with contract specification and responsible for technical/functional integrity. Providing engineering inputs for preparing of engineering planning for instrumentation engineering deliverables/scope of work. Responsible for meeting Instrumentation engineering / designing deliverable schedules, man hour budgets for the project Participate in Design Reviews, HAZID/HAZOP, SIL classification & implementation studies Co-ordination/interfacing with Projects, Procurement, other disciplines, fabrication, vendors and Customer, as required, during execution of the project.Provide inputs related instrumentation scope of work for Planning and forecasting, progress re-ports including associated productivity Should be able guide engineers/designers assigned to the project and participate in 3D model re-views Vendor drawing review for critical packages, providing inputs to mechanical packages Providing engineering support during fabrication, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases of the project
