On a Group Level – Oversees and controls all aspects of the finance department's operations of the Industrial Group of Companies: AQ Steel, AQ Plastic, and AQ Copper. Industrial GFM key responsibilities include Financial Reporting and Analysis, Budgeting, Cost Management, Treasury/Cash Management, Financial Controls and Audits, Financial Planning and Strategy, and Team Leadership and Development. Reports to Group Chief Finance Officer and Executive Management.

On a Group Level - Manages and leads Finance Department’s Reporting and Taxation Functions. FRM analyzes financial data, compiles and presents financial reports for external and internal stakeholders, and ensures that reports comply with regulatory and accounting standards. TCM develops the company’s compliance controls, strategies, policies and procedures to adhere to pertinent tax laws such as VAT, Zakat, Transfer Pricing, Withholding Taxes in KSA and UAE; collaborates with taxation advisors and tax authorities for tax returns filing, audits and assessments. Reports to Group Chief Finance Officer and Executive Management.

On a BU/Entity Level - Manages the overall Finance and Taxation activities to promote financial health and to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and implementation of financial and overall strategies. Reports to Group Chief Finance Officer and Executive Management.

On a BU/Entity Level - Supervises the overall financial operations such as accounts payables, accounts receivables, GL/General accounts, petty cash, inventories, prepares financial statements, data analysis, SAR/ERP, compliance with accounting standards, and trains junior staff. Reports to Finance Manager and Executive Management.
