Manage all the organization’s databases activities, Including administration, development, consultancy to the internal as well as external customers regarding the data and database strategy.• Provide technical leadership to project teams, clarifying business needs and requirements of highly complex systems • Provide recommendations on system options, risks, cost/benefit analysis, and impact on cross-domain systems, business strategy, goals and processes. • Manage a team of data architects, including recruitment, development and performance management of all direct reports• Secure database by preparing access and control policies and procedures; implement disaster recovery procedures.

- Provide protective maintenance of backup`s recovery procedures, enforcing security with user, recording system logs and integrity controls.- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle.- Work on assigned projects to develop different software modules according to the client’s requirements.- Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data.- Provide support to organization databases.

- Design, manage, maintain, research, analyze, evaluate and write software program codes using Java, JSF, JSP, MS SQL Server, Hibernate, MVC, log4J and JBoss to meet the system requirements, system design and technical specifications with quality standards.- Perform RDBMS and application installation, migration, debugging SQL and Java code, testing, upgrading, performance tuning including indexes rebuild statistics updates, files striping, replication, mirroring, tables partitioning. - Communicate directly with the stakeholders and clients to take and understand their business requirements, analyze information, data analysis to implement solutions as appropriate.- Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd Level Support to the RDBMS and application 24*7 on email, on call, on Vendor Support Portal as well as on virtual private network through an intranet.- Conduct SQL queries optimization, maintenance of backups recovery procedures, security enforcement, user management, recording system logs and integrity control.
