I'm ultimately a business developer. I find fulfillment from working with a group of individuals that enjoy doing exactly what I do in an effort to create result-driven solutions for businesses and technological evolution.Evolution within any area of business development to me is simplicity and efficacy. I aim to find the best and shortest solutions so that any other professional can understand it and if need be, innovate it. I have spent 6 years coaching and managing peers/employees in the marketing, technological, construction, and real estate environment. Through those adventures I've picked up on the most efficient and positive ways of coaching multiple individuals to carry out tasks in a way that limits burn out and improves efficiency. The techniques involve psychological cues while training as well as incorporating the use of software automation to assist in tracking and managing project progress.In addition to that, I've built a strong foundation in KPI analysis, how to present them, and how to use them to improve any business development factor, i.e, Marketing/Sales. Trust me when I say I am excited about recieving a new opportunity within the company.Outside of work I scuba dive, play video games, listen to self growth books on audible, and golf. I may not be good at either but I sure do enjoy them!
